Dear Coordinators,
For Circulation Please; the message below was recently received from one of our coordinators in Haslemere
" My wife has just taken a call allegedly from SKY TV saying that our boxes need to be changed at a cost of £60. She thought that the call was not genuine and basically told them to go away.
Using 1471 the number was withheld, I then contacted SKY who confirmed that they had not made any call and that they do not ask for £60 to replace any boxes. "
Clearly someone was trying to get money for nothing.

01483 631623Our local Police Community Support Officers hold an annual forum and more regular panel meetings at the British Legion in Beacon hill that any residents from Churt and Beacon Hill areas are welcome to attend. They also hold monthly surgeries at Beacon Hill Hub Cafe that are an informal chat for the community to come and talk about anything they have concerns about.
