Walk Grayshott's Parish Boundary - Sunday 28th September '08

This is event is organised by Grayshott Scout Group

The route roughly follows the boundary of Grayshott but avoids main roads and is mainly throughwooded footpaths and heathland walkways, totalling approximately 7 miles.

There will be two start points – The British Legion (adjacent to the Village Hall) and Ludshott Common car park. Participants will be expected to start at either but only after they have registered and confirmed their involvement. Each participant will be given a wrist band and as they pass the second “start” point their progress will be recorded.

The route will be clearly marked and marshalled.

A completion certificate will be issued to all who complete the circuit as a momento of the event and to promote the Scouting image in Grayshott.

Each walker can raise funds from sponsors for whatever charity or organisation they wish – having made a donation to the Scout movement of £5 each or £10 for families.
